Okay.. Im not sure of the legalities and am wondering if anyone has any ideas. Basically a mobile phone provider offers a discount for code for cheaper entry to a theme park when you text them. it is specific to the provider and other network operators do not have this discount code in operation. If I was to set up a premium rate text service for the public to use.. I.e. from any network provider.. The cost of the text service would be double that of the original (my profit margin) And I was to obtain the codes myself from the company and forward it to the end user does anyone think I might get into hot water? It seems like a good idea.. but obtaining the premium rate text service cannot be done without revealing my identity. To the premium rate service provider.. does anyone think ill have a network provider breathing down my throat wanting court action?
