Is it true that you can get into legal trouble if you write about nutrition and are not a nutritionist?

I just started a health and well being blog and don't want this kind of hassle later on.

Create a disclaimer page , note down that your readers should consult with their doc before they would apply any tips given in your blog , once that's done , you should be alright

No you won't get in trouble. Someone that thinks they know more than actually they do wanted to be a hero and told Neil Patel he could get in trouble for his health blog.
If you saw some of my niches and the content I put up you'd feel very comfortable with writing health articles lol.

I usually write a disclaimer above the comments stating all is educational and should consult with expert.

I agree with his suggestion. If you want to avoid trouble (even if there should be none) just create a disclaimer page. But honestly, there are a lot of nutrition blog and sites over the internet that are not made by actual nutritionist and their sites are doing well.

I tried searching the internet for such article and when I found one, it does seem like bullshit. He was just trying to flaunt his skills and his ability to make $100,000 per month company.

Not really, unless you go a step ahead and recommend products that are known to be harmful.
