    Hi,

I'm sure you have all seen videos of some compilations like fail compilation etc. How do the uploaders don't get banned/deleted videos. Or even accused by the original owner of the video? Is it possible to take these videos and cut them into one?

    Regards

So if I give a credit in the annotation it's ok to use it? Is a commercial use also fair?

No, commercial use is not fair.
You can't use creations of others for your personal benefit (when it comes to money). At least not directly.
You can post a link to your site and raise your traffic + have some CPA banners there for example. I believe that would be okay with videos like fail compilation, kittehs and shit. Avoid movies, music and similar stuff, if you want to be all white hat though.
