Legal to do giveaway with name brand products?

Are there any legal issues with running a name-brand product giveaway? Not my niche, but for example "rolex watch giveaway" or "Kelogg's cereal bundle giveaway with apple jacks, and frosted flakes"

Not really, you can see these kinds of giveaways all over the Internet, especially social media, for most branded products you can imagine. Now, that doesn't necessarily mean it's legal, it might mean that all the people doing it have no idea regarding the legality of what they are doing, but I doubt it. In any case, as always when it comes to legal matters, you will never get an accurate answer on the internet, so yes, hit up your lawyer and get your doubts cleared, but 99% it isn't illegal.
