Legal stuff for managing OF girls

I've got 2 models from Colombia wanting to work with my new agency, but a few friends have raised concerns about legal stuff. For example, the contract I'm just planning to write myself i don't have a lawyer so if she broke the contract I'm kinda left hanging i assume. But also don't know the rules about managing a girl from another country, i assume its fine as long as it's all consensual. Thanks in advance

Like working in any countries, with any sort of people, there are always risk involved that someone breach your contract. Entrepreneurship is not alice in wonderlands and you have to know the risk. Yes some models will give up, yes some might stop all of sudden, yes, most of them are lazy. So if you are just strating, you'll blow up your first models anyway while learning the ropes. Don't overcomplicate it too much. Most important is to make it really professional, and formal, so they know you are a pro and they will follow your instructions.
