Legal Questions with ClickBank

I am new to IM and a new member of BHW. I've been around the forums reading for the last few weeks and wanted to thank everyone who made a post or replied to noobs like me who asked questions, it really helps. I have decided that I want to go with ClickBank as my first major project. I have been using Adsense on a small wordpress blog based around gaming and I haven't seen a huge increase in traffic (SEO is my problem I'm sure).

Now, I noticed a great bit of members don't seem to be from America. I live in the US and am curious of the legal issues I could get into by taking the next steps into ClickBank. After reading a lot of posts I am thinking about following this guide hxxp://money-mindset.n3t/super-simple-super-sexy-clickbank-method/ For those that don't want to open the link it pretty much talks about "Launch Jacking" and setting up a Wordpress page, doing the "(Product here) review' style post and using SEO to bring people in and capitalize on targeted traffic.

Now my question is can I run into any kind of legal issues by giving a review on a product I have never used. I still haven't really found out how I go about writing an article about something I have never used. I was thinking about just using the posts that the vendor supplies on their product page and putting that into my own word and such. But, I'm not ll sure of how to go about this because like I said this is my first project. I'm sure a bunch of you are getting some good laughs off of this and that's fine. Just remember, at one time you were in my shoes and I'm sure you had to ask for help a time or two.

No one has any suggestions/advice for me? One thing I have noticed is so many people are so quick to post when people are giving out methods and suggestions but when it comes to helping people there are a select few who actually want to contribute.
