    Hi

I own a little adult dating site, where men have to pay a subscription fee to send out messages or to answer to a readable message they have received from a woman. Now I was wondering if it would be against any law if you send out bot messages from several bot profiles (that aren't marked as bot profiles) to all the men.

    The messages would be like:

"hey hun, how r u doin? i saw that ur from kansas to, y dont u hit me up???"
"hello there sweety, i was looking for a man that can...."
"I am a very shy but handsome woman and I want to get to know a man..."

Could I get in trouble for that? Aren't all the dating sites doing this?

This is very deceiving, morally wrong, and most probably illegal

    P.S.
Shame on people who profit off other peoples needs.

    Do it, everyone does it.

Have you not gone to adult dating sites that say

'Hi sexy, Im from/near (your geo area) wanna get together today?
(and her online status is always online)

Thats where these companies make the money, right there.

Yes that's what I'm thinking, but isn't that fraud? Can't you get busted for this?

But are they really doing it like that? Don't they have some special profiles and send out messages more like:

"Hi I am Sandra, I wanted to inform you about some new members we have."

I am sorry I don't get it. You received a mail for 4 years ago? What does that mean?

That's the thing I'm not even sure if this in legal terms fraud, since a lot of dating sites do it. Does somebody know more about the matter?
