I bought a micro niche site from sterday about a credit union.

After a month of work I have it as the second domain ranked on google and the 4th position.

Today I received a call from the credit union saying they want the site

"ceased" immediately because it is a fraudulent site in their name and

I'm profiting from it. (The site was 2 articles on it. One explaining the company the next why you should bank with them and google ads.)

Is their any legal trouble here and what would you do ?

    Thanks
    Anthony

We'll its like this for ex.

    Say their domain is newyorkcitycommunitycreditunion.com
    mine is newyorkcitycommunitycreditunion.net.

If I'm not permitted to have it like that then maybe get a domain like newyorkcitycommunitycreditunionreview.net. or get whois privacy.

I've not had experience with such things but I think your best bet would be to seek for some legal advice locally and not on a forum. Other than that before you do anything make sure you know what you are doing. I would also contact Sterday...
