Moving from drop shipping to marketing and managing webcam and of girls. Obviously id ask for id and have it on file but do I need to know anything else? I don't have a lawyer nor know how to write up a legit contract for them but I assume if I put the details of the contract and they sign we should be fine?

You should speak with an attorney on your business startup. But you should probably not waste that money because a) virtually no one on OnlyFans actually makes money therefore they don't have money to pay you and b) you don't actually have any skills or experience in this field which means your legal risks are enormous.
