Legal or Illegal?

Beyond Just the Legality issues of one country, Your dealing with legalities in all the worlds countries. I mean look at countries in africa, like nigeria, that dont consider credit card fraud, mail fraud and bank fraud a law. They rob tons of people in this country but theres nothing we can do.

They will never be able to agree or implement digital laws until either all countries agree in principal to the laws and their enforcement, or the internet creates laws and procecutes its own constitution etc etc which will never happen.

Until then, Its free to me, and free to you, and if you own it, well were sorry theres nothing we can do, nothing is enforcable. Or we can be like riaa or the mpaa who alienate the users to make a point.

And to make a comment on the dollar on the sidewalk, and the keys in the car. If i needed a dollar and it flew by me, your right its goin to the charity of cobby. If i was in trouble and needed a car, and the consequences were surviable, like if i was on the run from the law for something worse than stealing a car, then sure, guess what, just got me a new car. But like all things, it goes by what we need, if what we need is available, and what we can live with. Unbelievably, Mankind can live with just about anything.

Just a example tho, my kids would kick my ass if i went on a free to me car shopping spree. Let alone the wife. But morals, laws and need dictate what we all do as people. If all of us could afford that crap that clickbank spits out, we would buy it, and there would be no need for this forum, and others like it, but were not rich, or were at least not gullible enough to spend out the ass for crap. Let the BSA sort it out.

...cont (sorry the 15 minute edit ran out)

Great topic 3kings... How we have to deal with legalities not what we offer here, its what "you" do and your morals that count. Because its easy access doesn't make it more or less wrong. You are the one who needs to make that determination for yourself. The internet is a vehicle, the user is who makes it legal or not. Its like a gun, a gun has never killed one person. Its the person who picks up the gun, and how he interprets his morals and what he can live with, if someone dies or not. If you got a set, and think you can get away with using what cracked without reparations to the author, then by all means, its between you and your maker.
