I just came across a competitors product with 27k exacts, and very little competition, including their own site (Think it's mostly magazine advertising).

I wonder if there would be any legal issues with ranking for it (just off one of my sites not EMD), and giving info about it, but saying "If you want the best product, you want XXXXX" and link to money site. I can't see there being any?

What I'd actually like to do is say why it sucks, and why mine is better though.

I'm 99% sure that is okay. If it wasn't, all those review style sites would be sued. If you were to buy a domain with their product name, that could be a problem.

But reviewing it on your site shouldn't be a problem.

Usually the review sites promote it though. Mind you I guess there are review sites that give honest reviews. But then they aren't giving bad reviews and recommending a competitor product.
Well I think I'll just rank for it first, then decide what I want to do with it.
