I am writing a contract between a service seller (me) and a buyer. I want to make it too expensive/unlikely for the buyer to screw me on payment. What sorts of things can I include in the contract?
one thing that I could think of is "if I am sued for an overdue balance, I agree to pay for all court costs and attorney fees, and any other collection related costs"

What else can I add so that the buyer will think twice before not paying me?

The fact that the buyer may get turned off and go somewhere else is absolutely not an issue. I want to make the contract as favorable to the seller as possible. but of course, it has to be legal and enforceable. I am in the US.

    delete the court part.
Write instead that he agrees that a debt collector will collect the money instantly without court needed.Do it the same way like the banks
