Hey guys I've had a bit of trouble with Google Adwords recently, around a month ago I set up an account using a $100 coupon to promote a fan page of mine, I wasn't really expecting it to do much really I just wanted to test it out, after a few days I check checked back and saw that my ads weren't delivering even though I'd set an automatic bid price and a daily limit of $30.00 (I wanted to test in as quick a time as possible), so I thought it was a waste of time and left it at that, about a week ago though I checked my bank balance and noticed I was a couple of hundred pounds short at this point I checked Google Adwords and noticed I had been charged £250 and they wanted £350 more  I rang them straight away and was told I had got valid clicks so there was nothing they could do, I checked my account and I had got nearly 2 million impressions, 1662 clicks and about 30 new likes so the ad was pointless as it was completely untargetted, I've rang my card company and they've told me they can stop the £350 from going through but I'm unlikely to get the £250 back, I know I'm stupid for not stopping it before and I should have read into making my ads more targetted but what's done is done I'm just trying to make this as pain free as possible now, have I got any chance of getting the money back?

Yes, but that would be considered fraud. He agreed to their terms of service and he set the Ad up. OP, although you may not have been aware of this, you did give them consent to run the Ad and they did exactly that. The money is rightfully owed to them, so I wouldn't file a dispute.

Just a heads up, if you dispute the charge with your credit card company, you can bet that you'll have issues ever advertising again. Be it IP, name, address, payment method, account structure... its crazy what Google does to match similar accounts back to each other.

Sorry dude. it's a NO. If you will do something that includes money always be careful. It's your fault. No offense but real talk.
