Hello, first of all just want to say I'm a kid in the US, who has looked over some methods here, but really haven't a lot either because of age restriction / US legality.

I'm not sure, but I may be moving to an eastern European country soon, and would like to know if you guys would say it'd be easier to be a black hatter from a location that has more relaxed and undeveloped laws than being primarily in the US, or would you say there won't be much of a difference. I'm also a dual citizen btw, if it makes a difference. Would I have to be just a citizen of that country without a US citizenship for this to be a difference too?

    Thank you.

i found canada is a good place, but the only damn thing is i can't get a US bank and paypal account, that make some stuff easier sometimes...but the thing is, depends on what stuff you are doing, if you doing something break the law so badly, FBI will come to you no matter where you are anyway =)

Eastern Europe? You don't want to live in that gutter, no offense meant to anyone living in those places (I was born down there). You are better where you are right now in my opinion, or crawl next door to Canada :p - the internet offers enough anonymity if you know how it works, which I strongly recommend you learn.

hehe well I was born in Eastern Europe too! :p . Been a few times, some places can be bad but some are ok. Not really an option though for me, my mom is wants to move because she isn't a citizen here, just on a greencard, and the language is easier for her, so I pretty much have no options.

If you live near the border, just drive across and go get a US bank account. Then hook it up to your regular paypal and when you receive USD in your account withdraw it to the US bank account - no exchange fees. All you need is 2 pieces of ID.

When you're at the bank make sure you setup internet banking and get a debit card. That's it.

Here's the post I found last year when looking it up:

Most CPAs (good ones) don't work in EU. I live there (northern). But life here is nice, no swine flu.
