    Do you mean VB.net?

So I'm guessing you've never seen or wrote a line of code in your life, you could start with a general programming book to practice theory then move onto the specific language of interest. TutorialsPoint is good, and I've also used TheNewBoston. You can download some of his series on torrent websites too. Otherwise, just go on Amazon and look for a book with a 4+ star rating and pick it up at Barnes and Noble.
