Learning from pros

Hi, ive been spending some time looking at what the pro guys are doing. Specificly the "buy viagra", "buy cialis" serps, as theres alot of interesting techniques going on that i can learn from. However i seem to have covered these two pretty well, are there any other major keywords that the top guys target? I tried some of the obvious ones like porn and poker but they dont seem to have as much spam as the pills ones.
