There's a fine line between using other people's content and fair use on YT. Also the issue of how to avoid copyright strikes\claims, and not get your videos\channels demonetized has become timeless subject in this forum. I have found this article with a decent amount of instructions on how to do a good job avoiding those claims and optimize your videos to fall into "fair use". It also includes a number of video sources that are open for use to anyone.
