I'm not sure that BHW allows to post such bombs.
Cause this is: Proprietary and Confidential - Copyright 2011.
So I just review a table of contents (cutted).

deleted .... (i just noticed that this file was already deleted from BHW, so i cant share full doc with you even in PM. Sry)

I believe that this doc will help anyone to avoid bans from now and in future.
Cheers and Good Luck for your Seach Engine Optimisation!!

Well. It is impossible to take it down now. Even for Google.
    Because this is Internet.

No problem :) It's just ironic hehe. Google sends out tons of cease and desist orders to everyone to stop hosting or linking to the document, yet they themselves have a link to it through their URL shortener -- funny :)

    I thought it too.

But why does it have links pointing to an internal system in Google?

Cause it's for the microworkers doing Googles' dirt job (manual review).
