Anyone have good affiliate programs for foreign traffic? I specifically need pay per lead offers. No sales, or credit cards involved.

this would be interesting, i think every ppl company has offers for foreign traffic but just a minority, you have to search through them to spot them.

COPEAC has few I believe. But the pay is very measly.
