It is good to know locations and specialization of those contacts, but I would create and promote site to collect leads to buy insurance and sell to those who need them, usually most of them.
But I guess may be better would be to write original email to them asking if they interested in leads and in what type of insurance and location, then you can group them by those categories and later send them only targeted information.

These are the attorneys to represent the insurance companys and the people that work at the compnays themselves. Not people who are looking to buy insrunce.

hello mate, were almost the same.. i have many US attorneys email and i dont know how to monetize them.. i can sell this emails if they want..
