    Hey BHW,

Whats your thought on launching/running two virtual businesses at the same time.

I have been working on Company A for a while and now working on Company B at the same time.

They are both great business ideas and in completely differenct niches that will definitely bring in nice income.

Just need some advice on running two bussinesses while maintaining a "realworld" job,fitness,friends+family,etc...

Should I wait and launch business A then launch business B? and why?

    Thanks.

    First question to ask is...
Do you have time to run them both, giving them both the attention they need ?

You'll reap more benefits if you were to focus all your energy into one business and set it up properly. Then move onto the next business. Also allows you to run into any problems with one business and fix accordingly rather than two and be in a mess. My opinion of course.

All you need a time table and you are set. Everything can be done when its a will.

    Good Luck!

And if you do not have enough time to manage them - can you automate them or at least one of them.

If you can not automate them you can outsource to some virtual assistant - they do not need to know what you are doing as long as the quality remains the same.
