Hi, anyone living in northern Europe here like Germany or Sweden? 2 weeks from now I'll travel to Sweden/Denmark and this outbreak actually frighten me a bit. Take a look at this news: http://anonymizeit.com/?http://www....ss-europe-as-scientists-search-for-cause.html Apparently the source of this new e. coli variant is still unknown i really dont want to get infected when i arrive there. You guys have any recommendation on how to eat properly with the least risk possible on this? I heard that as long as the foods are properly served (boiled properly), the bactery will just die before we eat it. However, im not familiar enough with nordic foods so i dont know which one is boiled and which one serves raw vegetables, etc. *PS: I know the scientists made a new discovery. They believe the bactery appears to be coming from northern area of germany so people who died outside germany were the ones whom had been to that area before. But still, i just want to know if there's anything i can do to minimize all the risks?
