I'm looking to start my first amazon website covering niche products, but I'm confused a little bid about the niche I should go with.
I want to target a strong profitable niche that can make me money like:

Cameras, Laptops, PCs, TVs, Tablets, Smart phones, Skin care creams, Xbox, Playstation

These are huge profitable niches that have massive monthly searches, but I don't know if I have a fair enough chance to stand against these niches competitors and make some dissent money!

1- So do you think guys if I make a website targeting one of these niches, Would I make money and rank the website for some search queries?

2- Or should I turn to other less competition niches like car electronics, some home & garden tools?

You can always work in any niche if you know how to do it but looking after your experience in this industry or niche will suggest for low competitive keyword to start with. Even big niche got small sub niche which you can target or can pick entirely different niche which got decent traffic and low competition... Once you know how to rank and make money you won't need to ask these kind of questions because you will have your answer on your own.

If you rank these niches you will make money but they are highly saturated. Unsaturated niches are better.

You've good ideas but you should make products reviews about low competition niches on your blog. Most of these niches are saturated, also people for tech products go on ebay/amazon to get cheap deals.

If you start off by tapping into high quality forums that allow signature links I am pretty sure the juice that flows from all of your posts would give you a better chance at reaping the profit in saturated niches like these.

You'd also have to mix in a little longtail research though.
