Laptop Problem - images getting stuck/frozen while browsing/going down/up

    Hey Blackhatters,

    I wasn't sure of where to post but since this community has knowledge in computers/laptops I thought I might as well, better then yahoo answers anyway :p
    Basically my laptop is acting weird, sometimes when browse website it seems like certain images, text or whatever gets frozen or stuck.
    I've attached an image so you guys can see what i'm talking about.

    You guys know what the problem it might be?

    you could try this, in windows right click on the start button and click command prompt ( admin ), then in the black box type this line below

    ipconfig/flushdns


    If successful it will say


    " successfully flushed the dns resolver cache "

    Sounds like graphics problem - trying updating Windows, updating your graphics drivers....

    Its graphic card most likely. Are you on Win 10 or Win 8.1? If you are on latter - upgrade to Win 10. If you are already on it - reinstall your drivers for graphic card and make sure to run graphic card performance check.

    Its most likely a problem with the graphics driver.Reinstall your graphics driver and update it.
