i have an ecommerce site doing well on google. i can say its at top 3 for many of my keywords almost 30% of visitors from mobile traffic but my site isn't responsive so might be 'm loosing some sales. I decided to make my site responsive ASAP without changing the actual site,

    My question is:
if i use a different page for mobile traffic and redirect all mobile traffic to my new landing page or new mobile site is this affect my SEO rank?
If yes, what will be the best practice to get most of these mobile visitors?
if not, will this cause a dual URL redirection? i have did 301 redirection for one of my site in past (20 days back) and i have received a messege in my webmaster tools from search quality team that site is moved out of google and showing only the main site and 301 site had been thrown out of google (NOTE: i din't got any link juice from 301)

    Webmaster message:

We noticed that you have very similar pages served by both 301site.com and MAINSITE.com (for example, "http://301SITE.com/"). Google is currently showing the MAINSITE.com version in search results. what payment services you have on websie ?
i dont know if your seo will be affected if you add a mobile page, but you can try a theme that works for all devices from desktop to tablets and phones using a single site, try the nimble theme from elegant themes to see what i am talking about, shrinks the width to see how the page is adapting.

If you keep the content, meta tags, descriptions there wont be any problem.
i asked you about payment service because some of them are not mobile friendly , and you can lose some clients there, if you have a iphone/ipad or a friend have, try paypal and 2co to see that .
