Landing Page --> Email popup --> Offer Page ??

I always see people advocating having a thank-you page for affiliate marketing. However I want to ask if It's within G's search ad policies to have a
Landing page --> email submit pop up (on button click) --> the sales page.

I will split test with and without thank-you page. But before I launch my ads, I just want to double check:
Landing page --> email submit pop up (on button click) --> the sales page

is fine with G, as they do actually have a "No Bridge Page" policy.

I'm no expert when it comes to these policies but I think that as long as you have a disclaimer, terms of service and privacy policy in the bottom of your page, it's ok to collect their email before redirecting them to the sales page...
Let's wait for someone with more experience than me reply to the thread though
