I have an offer that drives traffic from banners or text links to a 2 page lander. It is a simple zip code on page 1 and 5 or so fields on page 2. The offer pays $2.
That is the example I want to use: here is a link if you really want to see it:
http://www.offersgonewild.com/rd_p?p=339832&t=23160&c=&a=87476 (its a Max Bounty gig)

    Here is the question:

If I want to create and LP is there anyway to incorporate the zip code submit into my own landing page and then just send them to the 2nd page, that way the customer still only has to deal with 2 pages.

Or does that break a rule. I just some some bad a** landers on Backlinko's page on CPA. They seemed to have done this. If I have my own lander, then the zip code submit, and finally the real form that seems like too much effort for an offer.

The offersgonewild offer is just an example. I am just wondering how it can be done and if it is permissible. It seems that everyone wants us to make our own LPs, how do we get solid integration. I don't mind prequalifying but I don't want to put an additional barrier if I don't need to.
