.ky registration?

I'm trying to register a .ky domain, however the official body will only allow local residents or locally registered companies to register domains. Does anyone know of any ways around this rule?

Or does anyone here qualify as a registrant, and wanna help me out? I'd really appreciate it! There's not much to it, and its free too...

Looks like it takes a few weeks for your domain and is manually checked to verify you are from the caymans, in addition they're really goddamn expensive!

Yeah the pricing is weird, if you go through a middle man the fees are ridiculous, but if you go direct to icta.ky then its free.

Of course there's that residency catch, hoping someone can help me get around it...
