Someone is sending Korean spam links to one of my money sites causing fall in rankings.

These are 2 of the 20+ websites sending multiple spam links.
    Code:
    unidiabetes.com.br
    strictlychristmas.com
Strictlychristmas shows nothing. Even the viewsource is empty.
Unidiabetes seems to be a genuine site which might be hacked. Also, it does not show the link pointing to my site.
Some of the others sites have comment backlinks.

What's the best way to deal with it? Should I
    1. Try to contact the site first, and then the domain registrar?
    2. Disavow the domains.
    Or any thing else?

    Thanks.

Disavow it as soon as possible. Contacting the site might take time.

Earlier, I found the backlinks through Ahrefs. Then as per @scorpion king suggestion, I disavowed all the 20 domains which were sending 200+ links.

And now when I checked the website on majestic, it shows that my website has over 7500 links. And the language for 98.3% of the backlinks is Korean. :/
Seems like I'll have to keep an eye on Ahrefs and update the Disavow file daily. They are sending links from past 20 days now.

If it doesn't look natural and not relevant to your site, than prefer disavow first. And also contact the site owner to remove the site links.

    Here you go...
    Code:
    interno-design.pl/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/starck-1.jpg
    unidiabetes.com.br
    strictlychristmas.com

Most of the pages don't show any data. So, disavow is the only viable option.

It's not that competitive. The website was not even ranking that well that any competitor would waste their time on this.

I wonder if someone just picked your domain to test a spam technique.

After a month of losing keywords and ranking, it's the first time I've seen keyword growth in Ahrefs on this site. Long live the disavow tool!

You're getting in the wrong direction. These are not spammy comments on my website...

These are spam backlinks from other websites (which are out of my control). They include content as well as comment backlinks from 3rd party websites possibly made by someone to deteriorate my search engine rankings.

Someone of your neighbour is trying to piss you off by automation tool. Most of those links are not stand for a long time but anyhow you should take action immediately.
