Q. Do we provide free trial or review subscriptions?
A. Our service is known for good quality proxies for different needs and our user base backs that. We do not provide trials or review subscriptions. However, there is a 2$ trial package which will give you 1 day datacenter proxies with 250 threads (one region of your choice) and 400 MB of Residential proxies.

Q. How many IPs do our pools have?
In our datacenter pool, we have 15K IPs each in US pool and European Mix while our Residential pool has over 11M+ active IPs every month from all over the world.

Q. Do we have country-specific proxies?
Yes. We have country-specific proxies in residential only. Users have the option to choose from Worldwide, US, UK, DE, JP, ESP, BR, FR, IT, CA, RU, AU, NL, PL and DK.

Q. What is the rotation frequency of our IPs?
Our IPs rotate with every request. Our proxies are delivered via a single port and we DO NOT provide a list of proxies.

Q. What is the refund policy?
We follow a strict no refund policy and provide no refund under any circumstances. Please make sure of that plans you buy before buying larger packages.

You can choose Brazil in Residential pool. Apart from that, there is no other Latin country at the moment. If there are other countries you want, you can write to us without hesitation. We will try to add it in the future.

You have two options for the Residential plans. Rotating per request (only one proxy, UserPass and IP auth) and sticky sessions (10 minutes sessions, you can only use it using UserPass auth.) You can create up to 2000 sticky sessions for only Canada.

Rotating per request (only one proxy, UserPass and IP auth) this is like static ip i will get until i request for another IP?

It changes IP every request you made. It is not static.
