knownhost dedicated are resellers?

hello so I got a dedicated from knownhost awhile back. After looking around I notice in reality the servers are coming from http://www.tailormadeservers.com knownhost offers the same server specs as tailor as well as the IP owner showing tailormadeservers. While I do see that tailormade does not offer managed support while knownhost has GREAT support... I am a little confused. Are they just reselling tailormades servers? Knownhost claims to own all their own equipment so it doesn't make to much sense to me. Well reviews on tailormade are great everywhere it seems so there really isnt a problem...but figured I would bring up to see if anyone had any thoughts

Maybe they use both their own stuff and from out side. Still can't say anything because knownhost is one of the best VPS I have ever found. Great support and uptime.

Such is the food chain of the web hosting industry though, most obscure the language on their websites to the point that you really can't tell where they sit, but it doesn't mean they're a bad provider.
