Know of a Good SEO Reseller Service?

Hi all, I was considering using an SEO reseller service since I want to undertake some of my present clients' SEO work for them and I'm looking for some suggestions as to which company to use. The sort of criteria I'm looking for from an SEO reseller goes along these lines:


* White hat links only


* Links that are fairly specific to the niche


* A company with a good reputation in place


* A reseller who guarantees to retain the backlinks even if I choose to finish with the service
