    I'd like one as young as a cute college teenager to work from.

    I need to ON page my SHIzzle right up...

    SEOmoz is fantastic for this. It's not cheap (79/mth) but well worth it if you have a few sites or a site with lots of pages. Even if you just paid for one. Month, tidied up all your on page then quit....

    I think its basic stuff for kids I need just a refresher course..

    WHOA it tracks kw for 99 a month... WTF... And gives you an error list of things wrong with the page... I doubt that is worth the money... please say it does something else?

    Silktide is quite good - they have free version nibbler and a paid version - sitebeam, I find that pretty good for keeping myself on the ball with onpage stuff - some of it's a but gimmicky, but it's pretty useful.
