[Kindle] Road to Success !

What options do you have to build up an online business? Which digital products are possible? Audio, video, text...

For audio and video you need content first. This means that you have to research about a specific topic, write down the information, bring it in structure etc. First conclusion: Text is the most easiest way to start.

Now what options do you have for text? You can create content websites or ebooks. To make money with websites is realy oldschool and because this "method" exists 20 years you have hundreds of competitors for almost every specific niche. So the quality barriers to be successful with your product (content website) in a specific niche is extremely high. Now look at eBooks: eBooks are nothing else than niche websites - structured collections of information - but in a completely different cosmos (Amazon). People go to this market with the intention to spend money. They want to buy and they do it ...but just for products/ebooks that are worth it.

You are able to see every competitor, their prices, covers, rankings (how they sell) etc. So you have 100% insight into the market/specific niches. You can EXACTLY say: "My cover needs this quality, I have to set this price, I need this information, I need this page number etc. to be successful." Sure, maybe the bestseller authors have a fanbase and do external promo but 1st that's why you have to analyse the niche before, 2nd you are able to make money even in the mid-list and 3rd you can also build up your own fanbase with the time. And yes, with external promo you can boost your success but with 10 books and no sales it's clear that your books have a bad quality in comparison to your competitors. You can't say: "It's just possible to be successful with external promotion." If this is your belief ...than do external promo and be successful! Make the "big money" you're talking about! But this isn't the reason and you know it. The reason is that you don't met the quality standards in your niche.

So if you are not able to be successful ...in a market where you have 100% insight and where you can analyse EXACTLY what the customers want ...how do you want to be successful with a website on Google ...videos on YouTube etc. where you don't have this insights? If you fail with simple eBooks you will fail with everything.

Search for a niche with a lower quality barriere, publish an outstanding book, build up your fanbase with the time (social media, newsletter etc.), publish new books and try to dominate your niches with high quality (invest money!) NOT quantity, create a sales website, invest in new products (audio courses, video courses, ebooks, physical products) and sell them.

That's how mostly every online business is working. And some are staring with videos, others with websites ...but the most easiest way is to start with ebooks because you don't need special skills, no external promo etc. - just the ability to analyse the market and to work clean without missing a step.

Also,OP,with 30$ per book,i really doubt the quality of these books.
Try to make 2-3 spending 100$ on each and compare :)
