I bought a domain last month, high PR and over 7 years old with 0 traffic. I threw thousands of highly optimized pages at it and Big G loved it to death. Went from 0 to an average of 1k uniques daily in a month.
My out of pocket cost = under $90 and 30minutes of my time(once)
Worth now = Around 9k
Nice flip ...BUT, those fucks over at sitepoint are Whitehat to the bone. I'm going to get a handful of WHers asking about my pages with no content and their going to scare buyers away. On top of that, some haters might report it to G and then my traffic turns to 0.
Is their any program on the market that can generate content for about 5k already made wordpress pages?
