kill affiliate domain

HI, i have a white label affiliate program as advertiser, them domainers point his domain to my server and i share revenues.

But a domainer is working bad to me, and he is become a war.
How i can kill his domain from google?
His domain is a keyword that get many traffic to us, but i need replace it.
his domain is keyword.com and i buy keyword.nom.es
