Kick-ass Startup Looking for JV with Top-Notch HTML/CSS Coder

Hey Coder(s),

A while back I started a project that sells LPs based on all the popular niches for CPA and general lead generating business models.

My partner had to abandon the project for personal reasons and I?m left with a kick-ass startup. The domain & entire setup is complete with about 8 freshly coded LPs ready to be sold, however the project was planned to be a lot bigger than that.

It requires on-going work and I need a top-notch coding partner for that. The current business model is very lucrative and the sky is the limit, but I?m looking for someone with a passion not only for coding but also for marketing in general, especially CPA.

I have a long history with CPA and I know exactly what converts, which allows me to create the perfect designs for this model. The project is yet to launch but the pricing is set to both monthly and yearly subscriptions & is almost ready to test the waters.

Here is how I want it to work:

You will own 50% of the company from the moment we agree on this JV & from there all decisions are made together. You are not just the coder but my actual partner, which also means we are going to market it together, grow it together and everything else that comes with running a online business.

What you should know about me:

I love holidays and taking days off but I love making money more. Work hard and play later. I have been making my income online for over 8 years now and my projects are not pump and dump. I owned websites that turned $XXX.XXX in profits & this project should be no different.

Conclusion:

If you know how to code CSS/HTML like a pro and you have at least a bit of experience with CPA and you want to jump in on a kick-ass startup that could potentially make a lot of income then contact me.

I will design the LPs and it can vary from 1 to 3 per day or just a couple a week. It will require a bit of planning between us to make it work so we are both comfortable with the hours we spend on it.

There is no set in stone schedule or anything.

The first few weeks (launching this) are most likely the most work and after that I am all up for bundling some of the profits together to get a little team together so we can relax.

I don't want a partner that just looks at it as pumping out psd to html/css, but rather sees it as a long-term project for amazing profits.

The project has not yet launched but emails will be collected with a insensitive beforehand, when I found a partner.

Besides this project and plenty of others I do a lot of media buys in the dating niche, which brought and still brings a lot of great connections such as CPA networks, blogs and such. This is the perfect audience for a project like this.

I'm also experienced with email marketing and list building in general and a trial account will be provided for free with a nice funnel in the background that we will tweak for better conversions. Because of this we can approach and make deals with paid membership websites and a dozen other high traffic websites that target our audience.

And there is probably a lot more we can come up with as a team.

2. Seeing as everything has already been set up, how many have you sold so far?

The business model is not created for just 8 LPs as it's subscription based. Niche LPs that are created by someone that knows what converts are hard to find and I want to provide a end-less supply of them or at least MID XX amount to really launch this project, but we will test the waters before that.

3. When can we start getting revenue off this?

Since we don't outsource and the setup for this is nothing more than our own creation and hosting I would say right when the first subscription comes in. We could create a huge launch and build it up which would also require us to wait a little longer or we launch the website and slowly market it to the top, which would provide faster results.

A accurate number? I really can't say that as I have no numbers.

4. How many hours per day would I (we) be required to work on the project?

How fast can you code?

All joking aside, the hours you work must feel right for you and the project. The project needs landing pages and we need to create them but I work smart and just like anyone else I love my free time. If we manage to design and code one LP in a day and we feel like doing another one than so be it, if your want to relax the day after it's fine as well.

Like I said before, if you have a passion for this it will come natural. Forcing yourself to work will never provide the outcome you want.

Since this project almost relies solely on good design & coding I kinda need that second part. I know the basics of HTML and CSS but it doesn't go much further than that. Outsourcing the coding part will never result in the same quality as his part is done without any relation to the product I want to sell. Besides all that, working with a partner is ten times better than working alone.

Most of my projects are done with a JV and it's a lot more fun than doing it all by yourself.
