1- How much money will I make with these keywords?
Coming up with an exact figure is a hard question to answer as it depends on many factors not related to keywords, such as content quality, landing page design, unexpected Google updates, etc. All these are also a very important part of the process of building a profitable site.
That said, if all factors are in place, you can expect to make the money invested back within just a few weeks after a keyword is ranked. From that point on, it is all passive profit, which can grow larger as you expand the site.
2- How fast will I be able to rank these keywords?
Again, telling you how fast you’ll be able to rank is a tricky question to answer because there are several factors that come to play besides keyword research (content quality, backlinks quality, onsite optimization, etc).
That said, you don’t need to have a very advanced knowledge of SEO or a big budget to be able to rank these keywords in a reasonable timeframe, AT ALL. Any beginner marketer with a basic knowledge on SEO and site-building and a limited budget that is willing to put in consistent work and effort WILL have all the tools needed to rank these keywords and start earning a nice passive income from them in a few months.
3- What do you use to check competition and generate the reports?
For the time being, we use KWFinder to check keywords' competition and generate most of the reports.
4- What Keyword SEO Difficulty number do your keywords have?
Even though we always remind our clients that difficulty numbers can be inaccurate many times and that human analysis of the keyword is much more important, we make sure that all of our MAIN keywords are below 40 in KWFinder's difficulty number score.
IMPORTANT: Please note that secondary keywords are not analyzed, meaning they are not guaranteed to have a low difficulty number. They are mainly meant to be used as LSI/longtail keywords in the article you will use to target the main keyword.
5- Why are you selling these keywords? Wouldn’t you make more money using them to build sites yourself?
If I had the time and resources to build sites around all these keywords myself, I’d definitely do it because, as you correctly assumed, I would make a lot more money long term doing so. Unfortunately, though, my time and resources are limited and I’m currently focusing on several different business projects, online and offline, so I don’t use all the keywords I find.
While I do keep and use the ones that relate to the few niches I’m going after, the keywords that I know I won’t be able to use or have no interest in using due to personal niche preferences (yours might be different to mine) I have decided to sell to get at least some profit out of the surplus of my research.
6- Can I pick a custom niche?
Yes, you can include broad niche preferences. Just be aware that some niches are very competitive (such as weight loss and finance for example). In case you pick those, the work would consist on finding the keywords with less competition possible, but they might not be necessarily easy to rank in comparison to easier niches.
7- What’s your turnaround time?

9- Are the keywords sold more than once?
Absolutely not. Each keyword is only sold once. After a keyword is purchased, it is automatically included in a Sold Keywords database to make sure they are never put to sale again.
10- Do you accept refunds?
Due to the nature of this service, no refunds are allowed once a keyword has been delivered as once seen it cannot be sold again.
Refunds are only possible before an order has been processed.
11- What payments methods do you accept?
For now, we only take Paypal but we are working on adding more payment options in the near future.
