Using a PPV network, is it better to target both keywords and urls or is it better to grab all search results for each keyword and just use those urls?

Does anyone use google search results pages as target urls?

When you use a target url (i.e. hxxp://www.site.c0m), does that also include all internal pages?

    Thanks for any help.

long tail keywords for sure. saves you a ton and gets great conversions because of the unique query the user is looking for, which you match. search for google sniper on the forums, has great advice to snipe keywords and especially long tailed keywords.

it is slower to see results, but you'll see better conversions and a much nicer bounce rate. funny, after i typed all this is realized it was 6 months old. oh well.
