Keywords moving all over the place? Advice?

I have one particular keyword among others that I'm really targeting. The site is 3 months old.
Metrics: DA 1(young site, not sure if updated) TF 34 CF 30

The keyword was sitting around #20 with low comp(23/100), it was slowly moving up and then it completely disappeared, came back at 40 for a few days. dropped to 60, came back to 28, and now it has disappeared again.

I know on-page is perfect, it's not over or under optimized, I've shot social shares and PBN links at the main website, and also the internal page that this keyword is on.

Not sure what to do at this point.
Do i keep shooting more PBN links with no exact match in case penguin doesn't like anchor text ratio?

just tell it to stop and if it doesn;t buy it a present FFS -look into pbn

Hmm, okay I will keep watching it. I didn't realize the dance could go for so long haha

Give it a week to settle down and then see where it's sitting at.

I think you should keep building quality backlinks.
