What is the maximum keywords it is recommended to put on the website ?

If I want to rank for for example for this keyword: New York Shoes shoud I also add the following varations "Shoes New York, Shoes in New York", or I will just rank high (Later on after hardwork) automatically ? What is the general rule for this issue ?

And Finally, I have started a new website a month ago, no backlinks have been built yet, I was ranking on page 14 for one of them, and suddently It doesn't show anywhere for that specific keyword, is that a normal thing, what would I be looking at ?

No need to add those variations, you should be able to rank for them at some point after you build backlinks with "New York Shoes".

Build some backlinks and you should be able to rank again in no time.

i think you should be use Meta description in 150-160 char, 10 keyword and title in 68 char.
