How can I places a few/bunch of keywords at the tops of all of my pages so they will be in the important "top section that google views most important"
yet not place them inside the paragraph? I tried writing them into my text but it makes the intro paragraph sound strange.

I would think google would have found a way to determine if people are just listing keywords at the top.

Place them where you think its appropriate. Google will still find them through-out your article. Just dont use them too much.

Stuff those fuckers in there wherever and whenever you can. Header tags as mentioned, <b>, <i>, <em>, <strong>, <li>'s etc. The more keywords the better.
