keywords are jumping around every day, when does it stops?

Hello,

I have ordered 3 BH packages during the last month with link building, so I noticed that one of the keywrds was ranking No 26 yesterday and today it is 180 so 4 or 5 other keywords are jumping around during the last weeks. Some day they rank very good and then the next day they are ranking badly again.

Do you know why it is so and when this is going to stop? and most important, what number will they rank once it stops?

I use serpbook to keep track on the ranking.

All input is much appreciated.

check in ahreafs/majestic etc.. if u had BL drops recently, if not then is regular google dance ))
P.S. disavow bad BL can result same thing
 
I checked with ahrefs as suggested, and looking at the "yellow" line / total referring domains there is a drop in the period 1st of April and until today, it went from 1930 to 1768 - so does it mean that some of the service I have bought link building from already deleted the links? or the links have been deleted because of a bad quality of service?
 
It's probably Google dance, however buying 3 link packages in a month was definitely not a wise move.
 
I agree, will also not do that in the future, since it makes it very complicated to figure out what actually has an impact to the ranking.

Just quick update, I beginning to see some partern. I made some random test of BL for packages bought the last 8 months. What I found is that the older the links are the more BL have disappeared because they have been deleted or the websites have shut down.

This leads me to believe that we have to buy at least one package every months or so, in order to build new links as an replacement for the old, is that a good strategy or what do you suggest?

PS: I noticed that most of the high pr BL are removed.. thus with PR7 - PR9!!

3 different packages from 3 different providers pointing to the same site is NOT a good move even for churn and burn sites.

It is now impossible for OP to work out which service caused the drop.

when each package is 100's of links from whatever then its obviously stupid. that's where the "if played right" come in.

not all packages are link blasts and not all should be pointing to your money site.
 
actually, it was 2 times Link Building PR.6 - and up and 1 time SEO package, with Web 2.0 properties etc.

The sites is jumping between no. 130 - no. 27 and now no 40 - so it seems it is google dancing.. also no Alerts from Google in webmaster tools.
 
We stopped to add new links during this week, but the keywords are still jumping around, any idea for how long this will be so?
