I used an SERP tool to track keywords for my site in the first ten pages of google and yahoo and it says "There is no information for your query.". Does this mean my site is not even ranked in either of these sites?

If you are saying that you are checking the first 10 pages then its negative result for those pages only. It doesn't necessarily mean that your website is not ranked in any pages after page 10. Have a quick check with the free rank tracking tool seoserp.com. That will look a bit beyond and is normally not too bad for a free tool.
