    Hi Folks,

    to contribute a bit content to the users here: I've compiled a list of tracking parameters for CPV networks. I've googled around to find them but in most cases I've contacted my account manager to get this info. So perhaps this compilation is a benefit for some people here:

    AdOnNetwork

    parameter: SEARCHTEXT
    inserts: the keywords which triggered the ad display

    example: http://yourdomain.com/tracking202/redirect/dl.php?t202id=12345&t202kw=SEARCHTEXT

    Clicksor

    parameter: [keyword]
    inserts: the keyword which triggered the ad display

    parameter: [site]
    inserts: the publisher's website number

    example: http://yourdomain.com/tracking202/redirect/dl.php?t202id=12345&t202kw=[keyword]-[site]

    The [site] placeholder seems a bit useless to me, because it only returns the internal number of the site - and you can't access these sites through Clicksor's backend but perhaps they gonna change this in the future...

    DirectCPV

    They offer a huge amount of tracking parameters. I'm using directcpv for a few days now. They offer the following tracking parameters:

    parameter: {{vu rl}} (<-without the space between!)
    inserts: viewed URL

    parameter: {{random}}
    inserts: random number

    parameter: {{keyword}}
    inserts: SE keyword

    parameter: {{category}}
    inserts: category

    parameter: {{sid}}
    inserts: affiliateId-said

    parameter: {{afsid}}
    inserts: affiliateId

    parameter: {{afssid}}
    inserts: said (???)

    example: http://yourdomain.com/tracking202/redirect/dl.php?t202id=12345&t202kw={{vu rl}}-{{keyword}}

    I've noticed that sometimes an URL and a keyword is submitted by this network. I've not tested which one have triggered the ad display but in most cases they are giving you only one parameter (either the URL or the keyword).

    Mediatraffic

    You simply have to select the "target passthrough" option in the campaign/target setup. Then Mediatraffic adds the

    parameter: &keyw_passthru=

    to the destination URL which gets as value the keyword or URL which have triggered the ad. If you are using tracking202/prosper pro tracking you have nothing more to do. ;)

    Okay, that are all the PPV networks I'm currently using. I'm going to upgrade this post from time to time - but so far that are all the networks. Replies (and thanks ;) ) are welcome.

    Have phun,

    You've left off an important one: Traffic Vance (TV).
    Theirs is ?subid=%%$KEYWORD%%

    And a follow-up to MediaTraffic; theirs apparently ONLY works with Prosper202 (P202). At least with TV, if you don't use P202 and just want to run an offer directly to a CPA Net, your subid will appear in the CPA Net output of subids, allowing you to see which targets convert. With Media Traffic, you have to go through P202 to see your subids.

    Thx RAC26 for sharing. I don't have an account with TV so I couldn't tell which tracking parameters they use.

    If you don't use prosper for tracking the keyword passthrough comes in the querystring with the parameter keyw_passthrou - so if you can code a little bit in php or so -> just use $_GET['keyw_passthro'] and you get your keywords... ;)

    Easy to write your own, or just modify another one if you a couple basic things about software. I didn't like how long it took me to launch campaigns with P202 so I just wrote my own. Only took me an evening but it works exactly how I like and adding offers from NeverBlue is sooo easy with their web services :D

    Great list...just a quick question...in DirectCPV how do i track target url?

    Below parameter will give me the search engine keyword and not the
    url I'm targeting...right?

    parameter: {{keyword}}
    inserts: SE keyword

    This one will give the actual viewed URL and not my target url

    parameter: {{vu rl}} (<-without the space between!)
    inserts: viewed URL
