What does everyone think of the new Keyword Revealer website design/layout?

It's about time they updated their old theme from what looked like 1997, but to be honest this new design is trickier to navigate. It's also a shame you still can't filter according to kw difficulty score.

It is offer in group buy deals. You just need to hit the G search button to get it.
Which do you guys prefer? KR or KWfinder? Both of them gives different difficulty scores.

I've been with them for 15 months, paying their top package... No complaints.

New design... limited to 100 searches... no new features... still can't evaluate in bulk???

    Fuck that shit.

I love how well designed the cancel subscription button is, classy.

^ this. We use it as part of reviewing keyword services. It's (or at least used to be) a good tool but it's time-consuming. The lack of bulk evals is a massive oversight but it was just about liveable.

The search limit's just killed it for me though. We've been using it and paying a subscription for years. If they're not going to provide features and their new "improved" site has just downgraded my subscription then nah, I'm done with it.

I switched to KWFinder a month ago and for me it's really better. Easy to navigate, lot's of features and metrics, and a clean interface. In addition I found it to be closer to reality when it comes to calculating KW difficulty.

What the fuck did they do.. seriously.. I'm utterly disappointed.

It's the 21st century. Who the hell does limits to 200 keyword searches a month and also not having unlimited account

I bet, they will lose the half of the clients and if so, they deserve it.

If anyone from KR reading this - you SUCKED a big time.

And for those wondering about groupbuys, I assume, you should forget about that. Groupbuys can't control, say, the KW search usage per proxy.

I just looked at their new pricing, damn 20$/month for 15 searches a day is just insane. 70$ for 100 searches and 150$ for 250 searches? They will have killed so many of the subscribers that had the 10$ subscription. I hope for them that some huge users stay with them, because with that pricing you need a good reason to use it. If they still show the same metrics as before that is too expensive.

Ive had a subscription with them for the last 9 months and i just cancelled it. Limiting daily searches to 50-100 is just ridiculous.

On the other hand in my opinion its still one of the best tools for evaluating keyword difficulty compared to tools like longtailpro.

Does anyone here have a good alternative apart from KWfinder?

I've always had a suspicion that keyword revealer made the decision to have lower keyword difficulty scores so that it would be more appealing to users. i legit have found some keywords which scored a 2 on kwr and a 25 on kwfinder. But who knows.

My problem with kw finder is that often times the kw diff scores on the left side (when they show them in bulk) are not accurate, and when you click on teh evaluate button, the score jumps usually. I emailed them to ask, and they said the numbers in bulk on the left side simply arent updated as often etc.

    Ooo, that's a good point.

However the fact they use the Moz API could explain this. Less data, worse metrics and smaller indexes could explain lower KC scores.

Ultimately KC is always a guide to go from, always do your own manual research.

KWR's keyword volume data is also poor. It's based on world wide, even if you tell it to show Google.com data.

You're right, I stumbled across that problem once or twice too. Although they are different sometimes after a re-evaluation, they are usually close to the first value shown as competition does not change that much. It's a bit annoying, but most of the times you can get a quick overview if a niche might be worth it or not even if a few kw scores are not accurate.

I would prefer going manual than to pay and get limited amount of keyword searches. I'm still using long tail pro, semrush, ahrefs, and the good old "allintitle:" and have no problem getting great super long tail keywords.
