    hey guys ,
lets say i'm making keyword research .
I realize i need to choose the [Exact] type when i using google keyword tool.
but when i start the campaign i need to put "" between my keywords or []
    example :
    "how to lose weight "
    [how to lose weight]

As a newbie, the last thing you want to try and make money from is 'losing weight', only pro's would go near this saturated niche. (in my point of view)

Take a look on you tube and search for 'keyword research' there are loads of great videos.

when you choose exact then you donot have to use either "" nor []
simpley write your keyword without quotes
