Have you tried niche inspector, is that what your looking for or have you already tried it. I know it gives pretty much what your looking for. There's one around here somewhere.

Man I just did a strong local keywords research which took me about 6 hours.. I used faking every tool I found out...

    Niche inspector
    Google insight
    IBP
    Seo suite
    Semrush
    Trends
    Zeiglist..

lol .. collected all the huge list from many many online tools and softwares, then downloaded notepad++ as it has a compare window option.. then rinsed keywords manually.. and created titles (headlines) so that a writer or myself can write the post..

Now I have made 67 titles which will surely get me more than thousand dollar's in a matter of time.. still doing it :) Might sleep at 2am!

Nice list Sidd. I've heard a lot about SEM Rush lately- anyone else used or it or know anything about it they'd like to post.

Still making the keyword list. I have used them.. they are quite self explanatory right ? Find ur competitor.. input url .. get keywords..

Then use tools to see if those words are good enough.. digg those words deeper.. make a bunch of long tailed words.. rinse the list.. repeat it.. itz kinda fun actually.. :)

Oh yea I also used it long back.. had a free trial version.. do we have cracked version of it ?

Also try keywordresearchpro which is also 30 day trial but good in harvesting tons of words..

    yep, I use market samurai.

It is easy to use has and has a very good interface.
Niche bot is good, but I don't really like the interface. It's a bit tacky....

    My 2 cents
