Keyword Research tool?

Guys,

I have been looking around the forum for a good keyword research tool which includes creating long tail keywords. If anyone has any in mind let me know.

I am tired of creating my own list which takes a while and valuable time is wasted.

Search around, there's a few good ones floating around. Niche inspector and keyword elite are on here, adwords analyzer is too.
