You are brave man sharing your website + keywords publicly in BHW.

I suggest optimizing your website to all the relavant keywords available.
Run the keywords through Traffic Travis (or any other keyword research tool) and check what you can rank with your budget and expertise (go for the easier ones at the beginning and then start to go for the tougher ones)

I don't know how many keywords to use as main keywords, I mean, those keywords which will be included in the title of the pages... What do you suggest?
